The apartments have decent square footage and behind the building you have quiet streets to walk around in, while not being far from grocery stores and some great food options. The property manager Jessica is wonderful. She is responsive and really cares about the tenants here. I will say that the owner ought to hire a new company to take care of the grounds around the building. I have yet to see the greens around the building in good shape... last time someone came they did such a poor job the grass was uneven and still longer than our neighboring buildings and they left the trimmings all over the sidewalk. When a property owner invests in maintaining a building they really set the precedent for how well its tenants will treat the place. Some of the tenants here are inconsiderate to the crews that clean our building and leave their empty boxes, garbage trails, and empty cans in various places around the property. Besides a few inconsiderate tenants - this is a great spot and the management is truly best I've ever had, and i've moved over a dozen times at this point.

The hallways and stairwells are all interior and stay fairly busy with residents, guests and delivery drivers. The stairwells and not ventilated so the risk in them seems fairly high with aerosol transmission and nothing has been implemented to mitigate that. The apartment itself appears high-quality but little things continually seem off.

From parts of the floor feeling hollow and like they are kinda sinking, poorly put in washer and dryer causing leaks, internet installation contractor only able to ad the router to one room since the line to the living room does not work Would I recommend Yes if you want a great property manager and a newer build apartment in a more family friendly location in Portland. No if you are single and want to go out. you can get an apartment for the same price with better amenities closer ton town. What has kept us here is the location and Jessica and we plan to be here until we buy a house in the neighborhood.

The management is attentive, the units are brand new, and there is plenty of parking. Tons of shopping is available, the neighborhood is easily walkable, and there are plenty of parks nearby for relaxing. If there are any problems, a quick message to building management is always answered in a day, if not hours. Other people in the building are kind, courteous, and will say hello.' as they pass by. If I had to offer any criticisms, it would be that I can occasionally hear my neighbors, and that the heater is somewhat slow to warm the apartment, but these are minor things that hardly subtract from the property. Other than these, my experiences here have been wonderful, and I highly recommend checking this building out if you want an affordable, safe, clean, and friendly, place to call home in Southeast Portland.

The building is overall clean, new, and nice, but I am consistently disappointed with the other residents here. There's been an ongoing blatant disregard for shared spaces, various substances are frequently spilt and left on stairwells and hallways without any effort to clean up by residents. Many pet owners do not bag their pet's feces or leave bagged feces outside the trash room, on the ground, etc. No one feels an obligation to break down their cardboard boxes despite several signs and emails, which leaves the rest of us who are consistently organizing our recycling and trash frustrated to see boxes consistently unbroken, recycling in the wrong section, random pieces of furniture in the trash room, etc. There are consistently cars parked in our handicapped spot without proper documentation. It's very surprising to me to see these types of problems in such a small building, but I'm glad Jessica is always on top of addressing these issues, whether or not they actually are solved is a matter of the tenants here.

Issues and concerns are quickly addressed and the manager does so with such enthusiasm and empathy. The apartments are very modern making them feel like high end apartments that are affordable. I feel safe in this neighborhood and have so many convenient businesses within walking distance of this location. Woodstock is slowly developing into a lively and trendy place to live that still maintains it's charming characteristics. You feel like you're in a little town of your own. Overall this is an amazing property to live at and I appreciate the hard work of our wonderful property manager Jessica
